If I hadn't seen pictures of the amount of items on my front lawn to do the job, I wouldn't have known anything would have happened. Only like 3 nails were left, which after taking out tens of thousands, and the only thing left were a few nails, I think that is very good!

Seeing what other "neighbors" have written as recommendations I feel means they really did have a good experience. They aren't hiding behind a user name like on Yelp. Your name and neighborhood is on your Next Door profile, so your neighbors see it. I have seen posts where people argue about services (AC/Plumbers/Landscaping) for bad experiences, and also have seen overwhelming recommendations for good companies. Also, I like the charity business model, and giving back to the community. Dedicating some of your profits to kids and charities that really need it. I also was glad I received a call back that evening of the roof leak. If I hadn't, I might have moved on to the next company. Just for Jason to tell me it will be OK and to not stress, made me feel better in my crisis. In summary, a combination of prompt customer service, local reliable positive reviews and the business model made me choose your company. I'm happy to be used as a referral as well.. While my job is still in the middle (roof is DONE) floors and ceilings to go, I am extremely pleased and happy to be working with you all.
