Roof It Forward Case Study: Wind Damage Makeover

The Challenge

This home's roof suffered a large amount of wind damage. The client called Roof It Forward out to repair one missing shingle seen on the north side of the home. The Roof It Forward team met with the client and discovered almost 20 shingles damaged on the south side of the home. The homes here are very close together and the homeowner had no idea they were missing that many shingles on the south side.

The Solution

Roof It Forward suggested an insurance claim be made due to the severe damages on the south side. The insurance company met Roof It Forward and the homeowner. The result was a new roofing system funded by the insurance provider as a total roofing loss. The homeowner was only responsible to pay the deductible portion of the project. Now the homeowner has a roofing system up to current building codes and one that will provide beauty and protection for years to come.
